3 cups presoaked beans
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp salt
1/2 chopped onion
additional salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
Directions:
- Bring the beans to a boil.
- Rinse and repeat.
- Add salt and cook until tender.
- Continue cooking until all water has evaporated
- Add oil, onion and other seasonings.
- Eat.
