1/2 bunch of kale chopped
1/2 cabbage chopped
1 chopped onion
1 can tomato sauce or canned tomatoes
1 cup cooked couscous
1 tsp cayenne pepper
Directions:
- Fry the onion with the cayenne pepper and couscous.
- Add the rest of the ingredients, mix together, put on low, and cover for 10 minutes
- Mix and serve over rice.
