-3 cups cooked rice (basmati or other long grain)
-1 cup presoaked raisins
-1 chopped onion
-1 tbsp turmeric
-1 tbsp grated ginger
-2 tbsp olive oil
-salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Sautee everything except the rice in a large pan or shallow pot until onions start to become clear.
- Mix everything with rice and serve in place of rice.
