Recipe: Pasta Salad
Ingredients:
-3 cups cooked pasta
-1/2 cup pickled artichokes
-1/4 cup olives
-2 diced tomatoes
-1/2 chopped red onion
-juice from one squeezed lime or lemon
-1 tbsp olive oil or 1/4 cup vinaigrette
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and serve.
